3) Do Matchy perfumes last until the next day?
Matchy perfumes are long-lasting and can stay on your skin for several hours. On clothes, they may last even longer, sometimes until the next day. However, longevity depends on factors like skin type, weather, and perfume concentration. For the best results, apply to pulse points and clothing.
4) Can I try Matchy perfumes before buying?
We will offer samples very soon, so you can test our perfumes before purchasing a full-size bottle. In the meantime, we have ahassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your perfume, you can return it within a set period. This way, you can try Matchy perfumes with confidence!

Shipping
1) Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?
We ship all over Egypt with a standard shipping fee of 60 EGP. However, orders above 1,000 EGP qualify for free shipping in Alexandria, Cairo, and Giza.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 days.

2) Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You can change your shipping address as long as the order has not been fulfilled yet. Once the order is processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes due to the automated nature of our fulfillment.

3) How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse, and delivery takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. We ship Saturday through Thursday, excluding Fridays and holidays.

4) Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been fulfilled yet. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes due to the automated nature of our fulfillment.
