Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Policy

- Free returns are available only for orders within Cairo and Alexandria.

- For orders outside Cairo and Alexandria, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated based on the location.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
